Justice Law Collaborative Welcomes New Attorneys
Justice Law Collaborative, LLC (JLC) today announced the addition of two new litigation attorneys, Allen Loayza and Keith Smith.
Allen’s experience includes federal court clerkships in the District of Massachusetts, District of New Mexico, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Northern District of California, where he conducted in-depth legal research, drafted opinions and orders, and assisted with the full range of cases before the courts. He brought with him prior experience from time at Mintz Levin, where he served as a Patent Litigation Associate.
Allen’s early career also included computer programming in startup environments and software consulting. These experiences have enhanced Allen’s legal analysis and strengthened his ability to explain complex issues to audiences in a simple, understandable manner.
Allen, a 2020 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and assists with their annual moot court competition for law students.
Joining Allen at Justice Law Collaborative is attorney Keith Smith. Keith has worked in mass tort litigation for more than 12 years, primarily focused on medical device and pharmaceutical injury. He joins JLC from Ketterer, Browne & Associates, LLC (KBA). Prior to joining KBA, Keith worked for two prominent nationwide law firms, practicing in both state and federal court, on cases related to Camp Lejeune, Essure and pelvic mesh.
Keith earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is preparing for the California Bar Exam. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Keith resides in California, supporting and working with the Justice Law Collaborative’s west coast-based team, and is actively involved with several local charities and community service organizations.
Within the first six months of 2025, Justice Law Collaborative completed back-to-back mergers with both Yaeger Law and KBM Law, and expanded its legal, paralegal and administrative team, expanding from a team of 14 to 22. With offices in both Massachusetts and California, JLC has become the largest, all-female-led plaintiff’s firm in the country.
