Allen Loayza

Associate/Attorney

Allen joined Justice Law Collaborative in August 2025. His experience includes federal court clerkships in the District of Massachusetts, District of New Mexico, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Northern District of California, where he conducted in-depth legal research, drafted opinions and orders, and assisted with the full range of cases before the courts. He brought with him prior experience from time at Mintz Levin, where he served as a Patent Litigation Associate.

Allen’s early career also included computer programming in startup environments and software consulting. These experiences have enhanced Allen’s legal analysis and strengthened his ability to explain complex issues to audiences in a simple, understandable manner.

Allen, a 2020 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and assists with their annual moot court competition for law students.
