Kaitlyn Churchill joins Justice Law Collaborative with extensive experience in mass tort litigation and health information management. She has experience supporting clients through every phase of complex litigation—from intake and investigation through resolution—developing expertise in case management, medical records acquisition, discovery support, and trauma-informed client communication.

Prior to her litigation work, Kaitlyn served as a Client Service Representative at National Record Retrieval, where she managed accounts for diverse law firms, maintained HIPAA compliance protocols, and collaborated on system management initiatives. This foundation gave her deep familiarity with the medical records processes essential to personal injury and mass tort cases.

A dedicated advocate with years of client service experience, Kaitlyn believes that every client and their situation matters—a philosophy that aligns seamlessly with Justice Law Collaborative's commitment to trauma-informed representation and accountability for those who cause harm.
